The Account Manager position involves all aspects of quoting, ordering, tracking and assisting with general customer needs. It requires a person comfortable with being the front-line contact for the company, handling high-volume transactions and long-time customer relationships. We need an organized multi-tasker who finds creative solutions for whatever may come their way.

- Act as the primary liaison between clients and our design team.
- Maintain client communication and ensure satisfaction across all project stages.
- Track deliverables, deadlines, approvals, and invoices.
- Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and status reports.
- Coordinate with internal staff and external vendors.
- Manage scope changes, client expectations, and timelines.
- Proactively identify issues and provide solutions before they escalate.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to successfully build, maintain, and grow customer portfolios and client relationships.
- Strong understanding of commercial products, coverages, and underwriting processes.
- Proficient in using insurance management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Prior experience in middle market commercial lines account management or related roles is preferred.
